What can you rent from us?
We offer rental of minivans for 9 people and minivans with camping module (foldable beds &amp; camping equipment) and additional equipment. If you do not want to rent a vehicle, we offer the possibility to rent rooftop tents, regular tents and camping equipment.&nbsp;
Some of our products are only bookable as additional products for our vehicles, but if you are interested in renting a backpack, a camping table and chairs, a portable camping bbq, solar cells, battery or other equipment - send a booking request, an email or give us a call.&nbsp;
 Where can you find us?&nbsp;
Vandercamper is located in Sj&ouml;bo, in the middle of Sk&aring;ne. You can easily reach us by bus from Malm&ouml;, Lund and Ystad. There are plenty of hidden gems around Sk&aring;ne and southern Sweden. By boat you can easily get from Ystad or Trelleborg to Bornholm, Poland or Germany. Via the &Ouml;resund Bridge you reach Denmark and from there it is easy to steer further into Europe.&nbsp;&nbsp;
 Who are we?
The team behind Vandercamper is Katarina and Henrik, who have been together for over 10 years. We have traveled together through South America, Central America, Asia and Europe. In recent years, we have driven through large parts of Europe and seen how the amount of campervans and rooftop tents has increased year by year. In the summer of 2025, we rented an old van in Romania from a small local company and traveled for three weeks. That's when the idea for the company was born. We are passionate about travel and outdoor life.&nbsp;
Katarina has previously worked in a number of service professions, as a tour guide and travel salesperson and currently works as a lawyer. Henrik has been self-employed since 2007 and works as a carpenter and refrigeration technician.

We are available to help you with questions and concerns that may arise at the time of booking, before pick-up and during the rental period. You can reach us for support and advice. We do our utmost to help with everything from technical questions and guidance during the trip to tips on local hidden gems.
With smooth booking, clear terms and conditions and flexible solutions, such as the ability to add extra equipment according to your needs, we make it easy for you. We dislike lure prices and expensive add-ons. That is why free miles and insurance are always included when you rent a vehicle from us.
When you rent a minivan with a camping module (we call them Vandercampers), the basic equipment needed to enable a comfortable and practical trip right from the first day is included. This version includes a complete portable outdoor kitchen, kitchen equipment (including pots, plates, cutlery, glasses, coffee press, etc.), compressor-driven refrigerator, battery, table and chairs, bedding and cleaning equipment. 
We look forward to helping you create memories on the road, at the campsite or on your hiking trip.

Above you will find our rental categories. You can book a minivan with or without camping module, rooftop tent and tents. Choose the main product that suits your needs and check avalability in the calender. 

Enter your desired dates and book easily online – quickly and easily. Please note that during high season, bookings are valid from Sunday to Sunday. You can add additional products such as grill, tents, solar cells and more.

Before you pick up your minivan, you need to read and accept our rental terms. There you will find all important information about rental period, deductibles, deposit, cancellation and possible damage. When you arrive, everything is prepared for you.

When you rent a vehicle or other equipment from us, or if you are listed as a driver in a rental agreement, this means that we need to collect and process certain information about you in order to:

What data is processed?
To complete a booking, you need to provide your name, address, phone number, and email address. The minimum age to use the service is 18, so you must provide your year of birth during registration.
When making a booking, you must also provide the names and personal identity numbers of all drivers. Our booking and customer system is managed through software provided by Sharefox AS. Your information will be registered in the booking system regardless of how you make your booking. Your order and booking history is stored in our customer system.

If you have chosen home delivery, you will have the equipment delivered before your rental period begins and picked up after your rental period has ended.

The deposit works just like when you use a hotel or rental car. When ordering, an extra amount is reserved on your card for a small security against damage or late return. Once you have returned, we will check the equipment and release the amount on your card. Everything happens automatically and you do not have to do anything.
